Arabic style involves a bright emphasis on the eyes. In principle, gray-black eyeliner contrasts perfectly with a light iris. So don't be afraid to use it. As for the shadows, lilac, dark gray, violet-silver, and gold shades will suit you.
Indian style is somewhat brighter, as it requires highlighting not only the eyes, but also the eyebrows and lips. So it’s easier to do if you’re a brunette or brown-haired woman. Although the bronze skin tone can be replaced with peach, then it will be ideally combined with the blonde's blue eyes. Don't forget to add contrast by highlighting the upper lash line with brown eyeliner and blending it out. Regarding shadows, one shade is not enough.
