GETTING THE WORK DONE

BACK

Cast on 63 (69) 75 sts on knitting needles and knit 1 purl row purl loops. This series is not taken into account in further calculations.

For side bevels after 13 cm = 30 r. from initial row on both sides, underline add 1 x 1 p., then in every 8th p. it is emphasized to add 3 x 1 p. and in every 6th p. 2 x 1 p. = 75 (81) 87 p.

For shoulder bevels after 46 cm = 108 r. (47.5 cm = 112 rub.) 49.5 cm = 116 rub. from the initial row on both sides close 1 x 6 p. and in every 2nd p. close 3 x 5 (6) 7 p.

Simultaneously with the 1st shoulder decrease for the neckline, close the middle 29 sts and finish both sides separately.

For rounding along the inner edge of the neck in every 2nd r. underlined, decrease 2 x 1 p.

After 48.5 cm = 114 r. (50 cm = 118 rub.) 52 cm = 122 rub. from the initial row all loops will be used up.

BEFORE

Knit like a back, but after 4 r. From the initial row on the middle 17 loops, use an openwork pattern to make the central motif, knit on both sides of it in stockinette stitch. After finishing the motif, continue knitting all stitches in stockinette stitch.

For a deeper neckline after 41 cm = 96 r. (42.5 cm = 100 rub.) 44.5 cm = 104 rub. from the initial row, the middle 25 stitches are closed and along the inner edge in every 2nd row. underlined decrease 4 x 1 loop.

SLEEVES

On the knitting needles, cast on 35 (40) 45 stitches for each sleeve and knit 1 purl row with purl loops. This series is not taken into account in further calculations.

Then knit with an openwork pattern as follows: for the cut on the first and last 2 loops, make a patent edge, so between these loops, start the openwork pattern with the last 4 repeat loops, repeat the repeat constantly and finish with the first 2 loops after the repeat.

After 10.5 cm = 22 r. From the initial row, make regular edge stitches on both sides and knit between them with an openwork pattern as indicated in the instructions.

After 43 cm = 90 rub. From the initial row, close all the loops according to the drawing.

ASSEMBLY

Sew shoulder seams.

Crochet the neckline 1 round. as follows: insert hook, 1 ch, * 1 picot (= 3 ch, 1 sp in 1st ch), 1 st. b/n, from * constantly repeat, circular row finish 1 picot and 1 connection. Art. in the 1st ch.

You will need: yarn (100% sheep wool; 150 m/50 g) - 350 g white and 150 g beige; yarn (100% sheep wool; 190 m/50 g) - 150 g sectional dyeing; knitting needles No. 3 and 3.5; circular knitting needles No. 3, 40 cm long.

Rubber: alternately 1 knit, 1 purl.

Facial surface: front rows - front loops, purl rows - purl loops In the circular rows, knit all the loops with the front ones.

Openwork pattern: knit according to the given pattern. Start with 5 sts before the 1st arrow, repeat = 12 sts between the arrows, constantly repeat and finish 7 sts after the 2nd arrow. Constantly repeat 1-12th row in height.

Leaves pattern: knit according to the given counting numbers diagrams A-D stockinette stitch using jacquard technique. After the two-color “Leaves” motifs, as shown, continue knitting with an openwork pattern. Counting chart A shows the back with decreases for the armholes, counting chart B shows the front up to the armholes, counting chart C shows the left sleeve with the beginning of an openwork pattern, counting chart D shows the right sleeve completely with an edging.

Emphasized decreases: on the right edge: 1 chrome, 2 stitches knit together. Left edge: Knit 2 stitches together with a slant to the left (= remove 1 stitch, as in knitting, knit 1, then pull the removed loop through it), 1 edge stitch.

Knitting density:(knitting needles No. 3.5) stockinette stitch - 27 sts x 32 r. = 10 x 10 cm; openwork pattern - 26 p. x 36 r. = 10 x 10 cm.

Back: On knitting needles No. 3, cast on 126 stitches with beige thread and knit 2 cm = 8 r for the placket. with an elastic band. Then switch to needles No. 3.5 and knit with the “Leaves” pattern according to counting pattern A, while at the end of the 1st row. add 1 p. = 127 p. After 45.5 cm = 146 r. from the bar, as shown in the counting chart, close 1 x 3 p. for the armholes on both sides, then in every 2nd r. close another 3 x 2 sts and subtract 6 x 1 sts = 97 sts. After the last row of the counting pattern or after 5.5 cm = 20 r. from the beginning of the armhole, continue knitting with an openwork pattern according to the pattern, while at the beginning of the 1st row. decrease 1 p. = 96 p. After 20 cm = 72 r. from the beginning of the armhole, close for shoulder bevels on both sides 1 x 5 p. and in every 2nd r. 3 x 6 p. and 1 x 4 p. Simultaneously with the 1st decrease for the shoulder bevels, close the middle 28 p. for the neckline and finish first left side. Close along the inner edge to round the neck in every 2nd r. 1 x 3 p. and 2 x 2 p. Finish the other side symmetrically.

Before: knit like a back, but after the bar, perform the “Leaves” pattern according to counting pattern B. After 45.5 cm = 146 r. From the bar, continue working with decreases for the armholes, as on the back. For a deeper neck, close already at a height of 15.5 cm = 56 r. from the beginning of the armholes, average 8 sts. Close along the inner edge to round the neck in every 2nd r. 1 x 4 p., 1 x 3 p., 3 x 2 p. and 3 x 1 p., in the next 4 p. close off another 1 x 1 p.

Left sleeve: Using beige thread, cast on 69 stitches on needles No. 3 and knit 2 cm = 8 r for the placket. with an elastic band, while in the last row, evenly distributed, add 3 sts = 72 sts. Then switch to knitting needles No. 3.5 and knit with the “Leaves” pattern according to counting pattern C. After 130 r. From the bar, continue knitting with an openwork pattern, for which you constantly repeat 119-130 r. counting scheme. For bevels, add 23 r. from the bar on both sides 1 x 1 p., then in every 22nd p. add 2 x 1 p. and in every 24th p. another 3 x 1 p. = 84 p. After 50 cm = 162 r. from the bar, close the sleeves on both sides for piping, 1 x 2-p., then in every 2nd p. close 1 x 2 p. and emphasize 2 x 1 p., in every 4th p. underline decrease 12 x 1 p. and in every 2nd p. 3 x 1 p., then close another 4 x 2 p. and 1 x 3 p. Make sure that when performing openwork pattern the number of yarn overs and loops knitted together within one row was always the same. After 20 cm = 72 r. from the beginning of the sleeve roll, close the remaining 20 sts.

Right sleeve: knit like the left one, but after the bar continue working according to counting pattern D.

Assembly: sew shoulder seams. Using white thread, cast on 48 stitches along the edge of the back neckline, 68 stitches along the edge of the front neckline = 116 stitches in total. For the placket, knit 2 cm = 7 circles. with an elastic band. Then close all the loops according to the picture. Sew side seams and sleeve seams. Sew in the sleeves.
