Then I radically decided to change my image and dyed my hair brunette. Overall, I liked everything and, thanks to more gentle hair dyes, my hair looked shiny and healthy, but I was only able to grow the maximum length just below my shoulders. At the same time, there were problems with the thickness of my hair; I remember how I was ashamed to tie a pigtail.

And since then, I seriously decided to return my natural hair color and grow beautiful long hair.

To do this, I had to go to the beauty salon several times in order to get rid of the black hair color. They smeared a special product on my hair, which seemed to draw out the black pigment and as a result, I first became bright red, then a copper shade, similar to my native hair color - light brown.

I stopped dyeing my hair, grew it out, and made various masks to strengthen and grow my hair. And of all the masks and oils that I tested, I liked the hair mask made from egg, honey and coconut oil the most; for me this is the best and most effective oil. Even just using coconut oil on your hair gives amazing results.

In general, I have been using this mask for a long time and am simply delighted! The hair after it is shiny, nourished and strong. Hair also becomes manageable and denser in structure, and hair loss is reduced.

I use it once a week, sometimes once every two weeks, depending on my mood. If you do it correctly, the result will not keep you waiting long. Detailed instructions are presented below, see

Making a mask is very quick and easy.

1) Take an egg, honey and natural coconut oil.

2) Add an egg to the prepared container for the mask.

4) And finally a tablespoon of coconut oil.

5) Mix the resulting mixture thoroughly and voila, the mask is ready!

And now I will tell you in detail how I use it.

I take the prepared mask with me into the bath, as well as a shower cap, a warm towel and a regular one, all this will come in handy.

1) Wash your hair with shampoo and rinse it off thoroughly.

2) Then, on towel-dried hair, I very carefully apply the mask to the hair roots and scalp.

3) Then I distribute the mask along the length of my hair.

4) I put on a shower cap.

5) I wrap my head with a warm towel.

I keep the mask for 1-2 hours and wash it off with shampoo. Important point! Since the mask contains egg white, it should be washed off with warm water and never hot, otherwise the white will coagulate in the form of white flakes in the hair.


Also, I would like to draw attention to a flower like chamomile. In folk medicine it has a wide range of uses. I use it to rinse my hair. It makes hair shiny and strengthens it.

How to prepare a decoction for rinsing hair from chamomile? Next I tell you everything in detail:

I have already told you a lot about hair care at home, but I would like to add a few tips and recommendations that I acquired through experience and trial and error:

1. You must definitely monitor your health.

I once had a period when my hair just fell out in bunches, nothing helped and I was really scared for my “hair”. I went to the doctor and had a bunch of tests, including hormone tests. It turns out I had a hormonal imbalance and after treatment everything returned to normal and my hair stopped falling out so much, and my facial skin changed for the better.

Therefore, hormonal control is a very important factor, including for hair.

2. Selection of safe and high-quality hair care cosmetics.

I use organic hair shampoos. I like Sante Bio strengthening shampoo for fine hair and this one, cheaper, but overall also good)

I also try to buy organic conditioner and balm, since I also apply them to the roots of my hair. This is not the first time I have bought an air conditioner and am completely satisfied with it from Logona

I also use cosmetic masks, the usual ones from the mass market, for example this one. I just don’t apply it to the roots, but only along the length of the hair. The result from the mask matches the manufacturer's promises.

3. Using natural hair masks made by yourself.

I make the mask I described above and rinse my hair with chamomile infusion. I am satisfied with the whole process and the result

4. Nutrition.

This is an important point; nutrition should be complete. I try to eat natural and high-quality foods. I eat a lot of dairy products and definitely protein.

I am categorical on this issue and strongly recommend getting a good hair comb. I use a wooden comb with natural bristles. This old lady is several years old and I just can’t imagine how I could use another comb.

7. Less stress.

You need to take care of your nerves, because after severe stress, science has already proven that hair will fall out.

8. If possible, do not dye your hair.

As soon as I stopped dyeing my hair, it directly affected the thickness and condition of my hair for the better!

What else do I want to say?

Maybe from my photos the process of restoring my hair is not particularly noticeable. But in fact, I only now have the hair I dreamed of. The density has increased, the hair does not split and has become healthier and shiny. And it’s not an unimportant fact that they practically never fall out.

Of course, there are young ladies who have much better hair than mine, but this is nature and you can’t argue with it. I do everything in my power for my hair and I am quite happy with this result.

How to make homemade hair masks
